Our goal is to keep your machine up and running at it's best potential AND to limit the amount of time you are without a machine! We are here to serve you and your sewing needs. We service and repair all makes & models of sewing machines!
*This appointment is for your machine DROP-OFF day. Please drop off no sooner than your scheduled day. The time is just a placeholder - it does not need to be dropped off at the time. Anytime on your scheduled day is fine!
*These are not same day appointments, but we will guarantee a one week turnaround time (7 days) for standard machine service (clean, oil, and adjust).
*If you're in for a standard service, your sewing machine will be ready for pick-up no later than one week (7 days) after your scheduled drop-off day.
*Please note that any machines that require more than standard service will NOT be guaranteed turnaround. Examples inlude repairs or parts need to be ordered.
*Machines must be dropped off ON SCHEDULED DATE to guarantee the one week turnaround. Please do not drop off early. We only guarantee completion by 7 days from your scheduled date - even if you drop it off early.
*As always, we will EMAIL you to let you know when your machine is done. And if you're lucky, it'll be sooner than 7 days!
*Standard service fees range from $89.99 - $109.99 depending on machine.
*Please specify MAKE/BRAND & MODEL of sewing machine in the NOTES section at check-out.
